How Do I Use Oils?
Your box from Young Living arrives in the mail. You’re excited as you open it up and see your very own collection of beautiful, fragrant bottles of health. Then you begin to break into a sweat. What are you supposed to do now?
Remain calm. Remember the Stress Away that is now your very own? Open it and take a few deep breaths, inhaling its sweet aroma. You’re going to be okay. We’re going to help you be the boss of the tiny bottles. There are a few very simple steps to take to help you in any situation but the main thing you need to know is that YOU decide how you are going to use them. Lavender is the go to oil at our house. We use it for our skin, respiratory support and relaxation. Before we started using oils, I struggled to get a restful sleep. I would toss and turn, wake up at least three times and morning would come leaving me feeling just as tired as when I went to bed. I now diffuse and/or apply lavender topically every night and it has made a huge difference! Lavender is a truly amazing oil!
